However, by uploading content, you grant AcademicHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the service. AcademicHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

4 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Attempting to access non-public areas of the platform.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.

5 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
